All systems are based on robust solid rubber with a patented surface and can be quickly installed, maintained and adjusted as required. Depending on the system, they are suitable for any rail and sleeper shape, can be flexibly adapted to the respective track position or permanently eliminate flange grooves.

Its hybrid construction of rubber and aluminum allows the system to adapt flexibly to horizontal shifts in the track alignment. Standard pro outer panels can be easily replaced with ponti713 panels.
velo is unique in the high-load range. The system combines an inner panel with an elastic, movable insert that completely closes the flange groove. By sealing the flange groove, the level crossing becomes barrier-free, preventing narrow wheels—such as those of bicycles or strollers—from getting caught. It supports train speeds of up to 110 km/h. The rubber elements can be easily replaced at the end of their service life without removing the inner panel. Already in use in over 20 countries, velo meets the highest safety standards and is ideal for busy crossings with mixed traffic.
